I have been afraid to take the vitamin C on an empty stomach. I am glad to hear that it is an option. Thanks
Guest guest
I have been taking Vitamin C Time Release Capsules at 8,000 mg per day for almost 8 weeks. I have no stomach problems with this. My doctor is open to anything new I want to try and agreed that this would be a good opportunity for self-study. He knows me well enough to know I just don't make rash or stupid decisions without doing research. He is also aware that no arrestment of CMT exists and reads everything I give him. As for telling others what I do, I don't. It is no one's business what I take and when. Experience has taught me the minute I open my mouth about a new treatment, I get 100 'warnings' on it. Although I have now involved my workout trainer in this because my endurance level has changed dramatically. Like I said I take only the time release capsules, on an empty stomach, with a full (16.9 fluid ounces) of water. Ed
