Guest guest
My son has had CMT since he was 6 years old. At 8 he had surgery to help him from walking so much on his toes. He loves sports and continues to play basketball and baseball. He's in Physical Therapy right now for a pulled quad from baseball. We try to get him to do stretching every day but it's tough because he's 15. We drive 3 hours twice a year to take him to see Dr. MacKenzie at Dupont Institute for Children and that is extremely informative. I like hearing a positive approach about things because that's how my husband and family handle situations. We look for the positive side. He's in a growth spurt right now and his hamstrings are pretty tight. He's a sophomore and he'll be starting Varsity in basketball this year and he's thrilled. Any ideas for stretching or I read something about a Vitamin C regimen. Any info can help. Enjoy each day. Chris
