Guest guest
Hello Rob and to all: CMT is severe for myself, and many others. I have been completely wheelchair bound since age 18, I am now 32. I work occasionally, and I am able to drive. The strength in my hands is really non existant unable to grip or lift. CMT is a prison (my opinion), my brain says to my hand lift that plate, and my hand says " WHAT? " This is depressing, and all readers here can relate to varying degrees. I have a very positive attitude, and I feel I will walk again. The people who should hear this, are politicians, so all neuro diseases can be cured. I know many here at write many papers/politicians telling there stories, but I find the politicians, etc don't really listen. Society has to realize that every human being is potentially 1 day away from becoming disabled. So cures and treatments need to be found. Now that I have vented, I will say take care to all.
