Guest guest
- What type of CMT do you have? Have you tried the Vitamin C therapy? Doctors still don't know what type I have but I'm trying the vitamin C. I have been taking roughly 6000-10000mg a day and have been for nearly 2 months now. I do have to admit I seem to have more stamina when taking it and that in and of itself is a good thing. Having more severe CMT I figure it might take time to show more positive results with the Vit C, but I'm pretty sure I won't be getting a cold any time soon. :-) I'm hoping someone else with 'severe' CMT is also trying the Vit C and can give some positive input. ~
Guest guest
, My son Adam has severe CMT I assume type 1A. Without AFOs he would be in a wheel chair. He is 12. Taking a large amount of vitamin C for almost 2 months now. I see improvement in his muscles. I also see him walking without his AFOs a little easier.
