Guest guest Posted June 14, 2004 Report Share Posted June 14, 2004 Candy, I have done about 30 hours of research on Vitamin C - not as much as , but a significant amount. When I discovered fat soluable Vitamin C is stored in the liver, I contacted my doctor. He was the one to recommend I take water soluable time-release formula at 8,000 mg. daily. He also recommended I add Vitamin E at 1000 IU to increase the asorption of the C. The liver is no place to store anything! My Vitamin C update is that my endurance level at the gym and strength training have dramatically improved. Now it just looks like I am another gym rat with the other guys. I did increase my days at the gym to 4, up from 3, so this is where the endurance and strength come in. The ability to withstand more.
