kefir if anyone is in need of these and wishes to pick up (no charge) at any

Just wanted to say that s sent me some water grains and they are

great!

I'm new to water grains so I'm not sure I'm doing it right but the grains have

already tripled and I just got them on Saturday.

and others-

Do y'all eat the extra grains?

Can they be frozen? If so how do I freeze them? In some of their kefir water?
