Guest guest
Wow, that's a very interesting idea. Would have to put them on the fruit rollup type dehydrator sheets, and I only have two of them... would a cup be to much for that? I'll have to try it, and if it works get more sheets (I have like 9 trays, but only two sheets). If you do this, please follow up with some info. Guest guest
Sounds like we have the same dehydrator. I have done this with yogurt so will give it a try with the kefir and let you know how it turns out. Is there anyone else out there who has dehydrated kefir itself - not the grains? Thanks! bb in ca > > > ** > > > > > > I am making lots of kefir and I want to save it. I had my grains frozen > > and want to keep them awake for awhile and I am the only one who uses the > > kefir.
