RE: Dom's unfortunate business practices

Sorry to say, Dom has a very long history of taking orders and money and

then failing to send the goods. I ordered something from him about 3 years

ago; he gave me one excuse after another, then stopped answering my emails

entirely. I finally filed a formal complaint with the govt. which they took

seriously and called Dom in to explain. 23 months after I had paid for my

goods, I finally received them. During that time there were many, many

other people who complained about Dom's dishonest business practices on this

list and the other one too.

So I would strongly encourage you to complain formally, which serves two

purposes. It draws the authorities' attention to Dom's unfortunate habit of

taking people's money and not sending their goods, and it also may well get

him to finally send the goods you paid for.

Don't know Dom personally....but judging from his site he surely seems like

a straight-up guy to me...has offered the world an abundance of great

info..free of charge. I know that he dealw with a world-wide audience..and

who knows how difficult it is to keep up with demand? I know that I have

seen this site admin ask to purchase grains from members more than a few

times in the short time I have been onboard. I'm one to give the benefit of

the doubt.. and Dom appears to be a family man ... so he has the

responsibilities that come along with family too. Maybe he has become

momentarily overwhelmed with request...paid none-the-less.. so hopefully

his supply will catch up with demand..or what ever is going on in his

personal life will be overcome...Whatever the case I understand your

frustration...and surely by now someone here on this forum has offered you

some of their supply.....if not let me know and I'll ship you some and in

return you can just send me some stamps in return so I'll have postage to

send my next " share " ........

Take this as you may, but I have found Dom's site unorganized, and very

pretentious. Not real scientific " stuff " , but lot's of claims. I have not

dealt with him business wise, so I cannot proffer any opinion their.

On a side note, I HAVE dealt with Marilyn on many occasions, she is very

above board and impecable. I do NOT agree with her on all ideas, etc. but

do trust her integrity.
