Guest guest
Yep! I have, we make our own sour cream! Guest guest
I have for sure...this is how I culture my cream before making homemade butter and cultured butter milk. Talk about yummy...and my grains really loved it.  -  ______________________________________________________________  Has anyone tried using straight cream with their grains? -- Kim from TX
Guest guest
I just tried this for the first time yesterday - I used Dom's kefir site recipe: 2 cups grass-fed heavy cream mixed with 1/4 cup freshly strained kefir (no grains, just fresh kefir). I left it to sit on the counter for 24 hours and just tried it - delicious! Perfect texture and mild taste. Thanks, Dillingham > > Has anyone tried using straight cream with their grains? -- Kim from TX >
