Guest guest
I dried extra grains last year and was needing to revive some. The grains I have been using are still contaminated. I cleaned the area well, in case something was hidden; rinse grains each time; scrub jars when making fresh, and I still can't get rid of the syrupy texture. I have 2 gallon jars and one that is 89 oz. I figured if I took 1 cup of dried they would make about 4 cups. Is that about right? I just cover with water, revive, and make kefir like normal. Guest guest
Don't ever skip the " killing a live chicken " part when bringing your grains back to life. Key step. :-) Leo On Wed, Mar 7, 2012 at 10:45 AM, christiansquash <christiansquash@...>wrote: > ** > > > I dried extra grains last year and was needing to revive some.
