Hi Jillian

I have found one of the best natural things that works extremely well is

Diatomaceous Earth (DE). I feed to my minpins daily with the kefir. It is

a natural dewormer, parasite control amongst giving trace minerals and much

much more. Once a week I dust their coats too during flea season..which is

pretty much year round here in So. Ca. In two years of using DE they have

never had fleas. It is a wonderful powder, non toxic. Do a google you

will be amazed :)

Thanks Miriana for diatomaceous earth (DE) comment. I have taken this myself as

silapure from liquidvitaminsleader but I seem to get the same detox effect from

cellfood. Giving to dog is a really good idea. Could also dust outside area

since this is suppose to be bad tick season. I never thought of including (DE)

into kefir. I would have to make sure I had a good clean source that why I like

the silapure. So possible one for dusting and one for consumption.

Please only use " food grade " diatromaceous earth, the non-food grade can be

toxic.

Yes, of course only food grade. Forgot to mention that to those who are

not familiar with it.

But Jillian, when you use food grade it is for the dusting as well as

feeding. To my knowledge there is only food grade and the other one for

pools. One would never use that pool stuff either way. So you do not have

to buy 2 different types. :)

n,

Look for PermaGuard fossil shell flour. You may find a distributor in your area

or can purchase on the internet. Shipping is as much as the product. I buy

from Nature's Wisdom on Amazon. They repackage the PermaGuard into small

packages. I take it in my coffee and give to my dog in his food.
