Guest guest Posted March 30, 2012 Report Share Posted March 30, 2012 Hello All......I have been using a cheese cloth for covering on my fermenting Kefir but is there a cheaper source for this? What should I use instead? Also, do I have to drink my Kefir immediately or can store it in the fridge until I am ready to consume?
