Guest guest
Hi my friends, hoping I can throw this by you. Every morning I make a smoothie for my husband and myself. It consists of different kinds of fruit and greens blended and then Kefir added in at the end (not blended)sometimes coconut milk, flax or chia seeds etc. Recently I bought a juicer and have been juicing alot of greens and adding that to my shakes instead. This mornings was a bunch of organic swiss chard.Well my husband just came home from work not feeling good at all.He was fine this morning pre-shake. Said he felt nausause, light headed, slight tingling in his head and almost like you would feel like if you were drunk(which of course he is not). Does any of this make sense to any of you? Thankyou for any input Dawn
Guest guest
Sounds like he could be detoxing? Juicing concentrates things. I think those concentrated greens could be pulling heavy metals too. Make sure he's drinking lots of good water too. System might be a bit overloaded. Sometimes I do more pulse dosing when it is with powerful stuff. Day or two on, day or two off, repeat. Gives the system a break. So maybe the smoothie can have less greens every other morning? Give his system a chance to recover. Or, of course, it may not be related at all and he's just coming down with something.
