Hi everybody, when I first started using milk kefir. I saw a post on here that

had a whole study of how good milk kefir is for you. It wasn't just " yeah it's

good for you " . It had facts all about the bacteria and what it does for your

colon. Now I cant find it. I wanted to print it out for all of my " adults

aren't supposed to drink other animals milk " friends. Any help would be great.
