Guest guest
Use your extras because they tend to turn to mush on coconut water and then you lose them. Guest guest
Hello all.......I recently started growing water grains in coconut water, Thai coconuts because they have more water and the water is sweeter than mature coconuts. Well, the finished product taste like sauerkraut. Is these how it is suppose to taste? I know that sauerkraut is fermented cabbage, so I am guessing that this how it should taste, but I am new to kefir so I am not sure. Thanks, Jimi
