Guest guest
Jaxi & , My milk kefir grains are getting huge since I've routinely put them (in milk) in the fridge over night, then bring them out to the counter when I can monitor the ferment. It's 90+ degrees here, 80 in the house - it doesn't take long. One of the grains is about a half teaspoon full, another is a cluster, strung together (with kefiran?), filling a teaspoon. I would have a hard time believing that these grains are stressed. But I am definitely not an expert! LaDonna
