Grains in Arkansas?

Hi!

I'm new to kefir and wondering if anyone around Central Arkansas has extra

grains? I'd like to start with using raw cow milk. Is it ok to switch from goat

to cow?

We used to get raw goat milk from an Older lady outside of Conway, but she

doesnt have it anymore. That was all my last baby could tolerate.

I have a large family and can't afford to keep buying it at Kroger for all of

us! Plus I'd rather use raw milk.

I'm familiar with making kombucha, but HATE the taste and can't force my kids to

drink it! I am about to have an extra scoby if someone in the area needs one..

I'd be more than happy to share!

Also would love advice on getting started. And, what's the difference with mk

and water kefir?

Thanks!

Patty
