We have rather alkaline well water, which is softened for household use. I tried " rerouting " some MKG for water use and wound up with one good batch & then slime. I've been concerned that the slime had to do with the well water. (Maybe the person I learned from was mistaken about repurposing the MKG) I'd prefer not to buy bottled water. Any thoughts?
