Guest guest
Hello my dear fellow kefir lovers, I have been collecting extra kefir grains in my freezer, just because I haven't been able to find enough people to take them away from me, and I didn't want to just get rid of them, of course. I am not a specialist on how to store extra kefir grains, so I just freeze them because it has worked for me in the past. If I need to, I just put some of the frozen ones in milk and 24 hours later (maybe 36 or 48) I have the proper result. All this to say that if anyone here lives in the Montreal (QC, Canada) area, you can contact me and maybe I can donate some of my grains to you. I'm not sure about mailing them, but if you want we can arrange for you to pick them up at my work or some other place. You can write me on inesmg@... Thank you!
