Growth of kefir milk grains and quantity to use daily?

Hello fellow kefirs - I have had my kefir grains about 3 months now and although

they are producing good kefir, they do not seem to be growing any bigger. They

were sent 'freeze dried'.

Has anyone any suggestions as to how to increase the quantity of the grains

please?

Also - and maybe a stupid question! - can one have to much kefir in a day? I

love it and it takes the place of my breakfast and as an afternoon snack if I

feel my blood sugar is low.

Any suggestions would be very welcomed.
