Guest guest
>>It wold be super interesting to see if your glucose rises after eating, say, a tablespoon of grains? When I eat mine they are not very sweet, they only seem to have kefir liquid residue that sweetens them. For the most part they are a gelatinous taste, like unflavored gelatin<< Hmmm. Mine taste and eat just like cheese. My dad even says so and he will eat them but not touch kefir. I want my grains to grow rapidly so that I have more to give him. Guest guest
Lyn, I was talking about water kefir grains. Are you mentioning milk kefir grains tasting like cheese? Kim
Guest guest
I thot I looked right at your post and saw you referred to MKG. I have not gone the water kefir route yet, so yes, I was referring to milk kefir grains tasting like cheese. Lyn ----- Original Message ---- >>Lyn, I was talking about water kefir grains. Guest guest
Okay, Lyn. Yes, milk kefir grains taste like cheese , whereas water kefir grains are more like jello. Kim
