Hmmm. Mine taste and eat just like cheese. My dad even says so and he will eat

them but not touch kefir. I want my grains to grow rapidly so that I have more

to give him.

I thot I looked right at your post and saw you referred to MKG. I have not gone

the water kefir route yet, so yes, I was referring to milk kefir grains tasting

like cheese.
