Hello! I have been researching the benefits of adding Kefir to my family's diet.

I am very excited to get started making my own Kefir and was hoping to find some

one local I can get my Kefir from so I can get started right away! If not then I

will have it shipped. I live in upstate NY - Albany/Saratoga/Amsterdam region.

Anyone close by I can get/buy Kefir grains from?
