Information on making Kefir

Hi Everyone,

Aside from buying kefir at the store, I know nothing about making my own. I

have an elderly dog with digestive issues and nothing I've tried seems to help.

I've heard from some of my " dog people " that their dogs thrive on kefir every

day. So I joined this group to learn about the difference between water and

milk kefir and how to make it. I did not see any instructions in the files. I

would appreciate it if someone could steer me in the right direction.
