Guest guest Posted February 28, 2012 Report Share Posted February 28, 2012 I got an ice cream maker on sale for $15 last night...I am totally stoked about making sorbets, frozen yogurt, and other healthy treats with it. A little while ago, I took some coconut kefir I had sitting in the refrigerator, put a little sweetener in it and ran it through the ice cream maker...DELICIOUS!!!!! Anybody know if the bacteria in kefir survives being frozen? Was my ice cream as probiotic as just drinking the coconut milk from the fridge?
