Guest guest Posted June 29, 2012 Report Share Posted June 29, 2012 Hi, folks, I've been spending a good amount of time turning my interior into a probiotic garden, one big reason I wanted a high concentration of organisms and tried the sun to get it. Unfortunately, and not for the first time either, I have an infection and had to go one antibiotics. My poor babies. My pet flora. I'm driving up to NY earlier than I planned to make up for not flying and so I'm asking Marilyn to put my kefir order on hold for two weeks til I'm back. I will also write her, but with her huge backlog of emails to read, it doesn't hurt to try multiple ways. If the kefir arrives while I'm gone, a family member will store it in the fridge, which is the best I can expect from that person, hence it's better if it doesn't come yet.
