Guest guest
Sorry to hear you have the infection Larry, I hope you feel better soon. Keep the kefir at room temp and out of the sun. You might look into trying some other types of fermented foods in order to add a wider variety and increased amounts of beneficials for your inner garden. SPAM] Probiotic Massacre Hi, folks, I've been spending a good amount of time turning my interior into a probiotic garden, one big reason I wanted a high concentration of organisms and tried the sun to get it. Unfortunately, and not for the first time either, I have an infection and had to go one antibiotics. My poor babies. My pet flora. I'm driving up to NY earlier than I planned to make up for not flying and so I'm asking Marilyn to put my kefir order on hold for two weeks til I'm back. I will also write her, but with her huge backlog of emails to read, it doesn't hurt to try multiple ways. If the kefir arrives while I'm gone, a family member will store it in the fridge, which is the best I can expect from that person, hence it's better if it doesn't come yet. Marilyn, if you see this, please acknowledge so I can relax. I'll still be online every day while traveling. Best wishes, Larry PS: Was this too off-topic?
