I'm very into yogurt and buttermilk and curious about other fermented foods from

around the world. Is that on topic though? Should we move to the off topic

group? I'm crazy about goat milk products and goat cheeses especially.

Expensive, though.

 You might look into trying some other types of fermented foods in order to add

a wider variety and increased amounts of beneficials for your inner garden.
