Thank you Al and ! That's just what I did Al. Great minds think alike. ;) I

figured I could work with two batches with one being in the fridge and one out

with less grains and so far so good. I do about a quart a day of milk and from

what you said I need to cut back a little more on the grains. I have went

through a whole gallon of milk in 3 days now. Tomorrow at one of the grocery

stores here they will have milk for 2.99 a gallon so I figured I would stock up

since I wanted to make some homemade yogurt to.
