Guest guest
When I travel I do a calculation 2 cups per day x number of days away and take that much kefir plus 10%. I load gallon containers into a cooler and transport by vehicle to my temporary location. I try to get a place with a refrigerator. When I can not I keep the kefir in the cooler and siphon what amount I need for the day to a two cup container. The cooler has a drain and I let the melted ice escape and replace with ice as needed. The siphon works great and is worth the hassle. All in all it is worth it. I produce my own kefir, transport and use as needed to promote health. Of course I travel by ground as flying would not permit the transport. But if there is a will there is a way. I never tried it.. n on -- it's your event freedom mark it placed fmp50.com | meetup <http://meetup.com/freedom-marketplace> | facebook<http://www.facebook.com/pages/Freedom-Marketplace/165144770173735>| twitter <http://twitter.com/fmp50>
Guest guest
You could have had yummy kefir waiting for you in the fridge. It'll stay good for a very, very long time, it wasn't going to go bad. Al -----Original Message-----
