How much to start with?

Hello all,

I'm looking forward to culturing my own milk kefir drink when

I get some starter grains ... but what volume of grains

should I start with?

Would you recommend starting with a certain minimum such as

1/4 cup, or 1-2 tablespoons, or 1-2 teaspoons, or perhaps as

little as a fraction of a teaspoon?
