Guest guest
Please clean up the post as it was not obvious. When you have all that junk in there its hard to decipher. Take out irrelevant info and maybe all but the specific response you are replying to. Al Re: Re: The cloud of beneficial microbes all around us It's at the bottom. Guest guest
Rose, I forgot about this reason for brain fog...candida. Which kefir do you consume, milk and/or water. Go here and take the Candida Test and the Candida Self Assessment. Candida can seriously deplete your body and organs to the point of disease. http://www.aquaflorainc.com/candida-test.html Al
Guest guest
Marilyn, How do you know antibiotics are not in the milk, who is your source for this info? Do you have a non-gov or non-big dairy industry or non-big pharma source. CAFO cows are fed gmo's and lots of stuff that is not food. They have to give the cows antibiotics or they will die. I think this is one of the reasons that a lot of people have shrinking grains and their milk is not organic. Al Re: Re: The cloud of beneficial microbes all around us There is no antibiotics in store milk. Otherwise, the kefir grains wouldn't work in it. The antibiotic word always seems to get into the line up of negative words describing store milk. Marilyn
Guest guest
You assume they put milk from treated cows in their bulk tank. They do not. Ask any dairy farmer. Do you know any? Milk is tested for antibiotics every time and farmers do not want their milk dumped. They are in business to make money, not lose it to carelessness. A lot of what you say is correct. But the facts are...kefir grains love store milk and its a good thing because that's what most people use.
