Guest guest Posted April 3, 2012 Report Share Posted April 3, 2012 Hello All.....I am new to this so please be patient with me? My kerfir is coming out strange. It's becoming more of a paste and after storing in the fridge, it appears that the paste sinks to the bottom and clear water rise to the top. I have made four batches so far with the first being watery, the second batch was perfect, but the last two was as described above. What am I doing wrong here?
