I am unsure as to why anyone would put eggshells into the batch. Calcium? How do people come up with all the different recipes i.e. molasses, lemon, baking soda, etc. and how do I know which one to use? Thanks in advance, Sherry
Guest guest
Lately my water kefir has become slimy? Any suggestions? I have used the same amount of water, sugar, molasses and a pinch of baking soda. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks. I've rinsed my grains to see if this helps, but it's too soon to tell. Guest guest
Hi Donna,  I find that if I rest my grains after 3 ferments I don't get that problem......If you have extra grains you can keep swapping them every 3 to 4 ferments....  Thankyou God Bless America ________________________________ From: DonnaV <alaskanbee2@...> Sent: Tuesday, April 17, 2012 9:10 PM Subject: Re: So Many Recipes for Water Kefir  ainLately my water kefir has become slimy?
