There's a list of folks there that have kefir grains and SCOBYs available for the cost of shipping (and in some cases free for pick-up). I already do kombucha and enjoy it but it takes a lot longer to ferment and I am intrigued by the water kefir. I have been trying to do counter top yogurt (fil mjolk) but something seems to keep going wrong - probably trying to do it with too many things on my plate. Anyway, please keep me in mind and in the queue.
