Guest guest
, the slippers look great, but unfortunately probably wouldn't work with AFOs. I'm afraid I'd stumble without.
Guest guest
Hi , I do know of people who use the slippers with AFOs, as the slipper is a soft fleece it accommodates different foot widths. You would have to order a bigger size than your normal shoe size. Also they are really helpful at night when my feet seem to be the coldest (I sleep with mine everynight). Warm Regards,
Guest guest
Sorry, but there is no way that AFOs (leg braces) would be held secure in slippers. Wearing them to bed could be an option, though.
Guest guest
, I have a question about the slippers. I have difficulty wearing most slippers because the bottoms are too stiff for me. Since I wear slippers without AFOs, they must be as lightweight as wearing socks and they must be able to bend very easily with no effort from my feet. From what I see on the website, it looks like these might be good, but wanted your feedback. Thanks! Jackie
Guest guest
Hi Jackie, Sorry for the delay with this reply. Our slippers were featured in an article in the Wall Street Journal so you can imagine how busy we have been. To answer your question the slippers do have a soft sole but they are not as light as socks. Because the slippers contain grain (which retains the heat) they are heavier than regular soft slippers. Many of our customers with painfully cold feet use the slippers mostly when sitting. Personally I wear mine every evening (I actually go to bed with them on). Hope this helps.
