Guest guest
The book release is now scheduled all over to be October. I think several of the online sites have adjusted their time-table. It got bogged down a couple weeks in type-setting. I hope I can get a few before that though. I will keep you posted. Anyone seen the cover picture yet? ( is not allowed to answer that!) . Yes LOL, I have had those books for over a year now, maybe even two years. But it is nice that people who purchased autism books from amazon.com will be receiving that info who might not know about them. Guest guest
Hi Terry ... Be happy to!! Check out www.marybradleybooks.com The site is very basic but says enough for now .. The book is the first book on LDN .. I am certain it is not the last! It is called Up the Creek with a Paddle: Beat MS and Many Autoimmune Disorders with Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) ... it is a personal account that educates while entertaining .. a very easy read. It is available on Amazon.com, andnoble.com, publishamerica.com and any bookstore can order it .. using ISBN .. 1413765998 .. via Ingram Kaker and and other printing houses. I do cover my uncle with PD and Dr Bihari's ideas but the bottom line is that LDN does seem to be holding my uncle's PD since september 2002. All the Best > Hi , > I failed to notice your letter when I was looking for Kathie's response, > sorry. Thank you also for sharing about your uncle. You mention a book. Guest guest
Hi Folks, Sorry and no offense intended but it is not the first book about LDN. In my second book I went into detail about LDN " 20 Years and Still Coping and Prevailing " . www.copingandprevailing.com I give most of these books to anyone that cannot afford to pay for it. There are two other books...all are available at Amazon.com or & Noble. Regards, Tom [low dose naltrexone] Re: 's Book > Hi Terry ... Be happy to!! Guest guest
....the doc gave Mom a prescription for an inhaler that is less strong than the one she originally was trying. She will set her up for oxygen as soon as she gets to CapeMay. Mom is to call her and the doc will arrange for someone to come to her place and show her how to use it. She was very interested in the LDN but not interested enough to write a script. She saw that it had a connection with MS but was less sure it had an application for Mom. She did keep all of the information and Mom was pleased that she was open-minded and easy to talk to in regard to the possibility that LDN holds. I guess that is OK for the time being. Guest guest
No offense taken at all Tom .. I should have said that Up the Creek with a Paddle is the first book solely dedicated to LDN, tracking the story from the beginning .. like how Dr Bihari found it and the pioneers of the movement and the implications it holds for MS and beyond .. and the current direction of the movement. I apologize Tom and thank you for writing about LDN also .. To clarify .. my book is really only about LDN .. a personal account of the difficulties in deciding to take the drug and the journey from that point on .. ups and downs .. All the Best > >> Hi , > >> I failed to notice your letter when I was looking for Kathie's > > response, > >> sorry. Thank you also for sharing about your uncle. You mention a > > book.
