My question for you is, before you hiked the Pacific Crest, were you doing any exercises, especially for your legs? And now, as a matter of fact, what kinds of exercises are you doing? Have you climbed a (fake) rock wall? I'm curious, as I hike too, although most of my hikes are shorter and so much of the time I just follow my dogs. But I am interested in exercise in general and do it myself. Always looking to add something new to my workout. Our fitness center just got one of those climbing walls, and I want to try it, to learn new moves for balance. Anything you can share is appreciated.
