That's another thing, the ss lady who called me on the phone and asked

questions like am I able to keep up with my other employees, she caught me

by surprise..Of course I can't and only work 20 hrs a week, took off on

Sundays , but the thing is I only make 3.50 an hour working on tips and it's

hard to figure exactly how each week is going to be. When I got the written

report in the mail (which I haven't filled out yet) it states I keep up with

my other employees. I work with a brace on my right hand (I'm right handed),

have learned to use my left hand very quickly, but being a bartender, I look

stupid lots of times and am tired of people asking me if I have CarpleTunnal

(I know I spelled that wrong?!!) but then again I get lots of feedback from

customers who have similar symtoms, but have no clue as to why I trip on the

mats once in awhile, even the people I work with, when they ask what

happened (when my hand went limp in April) they want an answer, but if you

know what I mean, they really don't want to hear the whole speel on what the

hell I have. CMT isn't a common thing down here in the keys, as I said in

the past my neurologist said she only has 2 other patients with it.

A couple of questions....I have to get the presciption form in asap, they

ask if I applied for medicaid?? I'mm 44 and what I have gotten so far is

300.00 from the salvation army, a vocher for some clothes, 2 bags of food,

haven't still paid August or Sept rent and hoping (knowing) the free

presciptions will keep me from being homeless, but still have to wait until

the end of Sept to see if the local electric co-op will help me pay just 2

months of rent. If this all comes together, then wait for ss, and hope to

god nothing else goes numb on me, I might be O.K. Oh yeah, then there are

the wonderful hurricanes that keep coming through and of course I work 10

feet from the water (It is pretty though, that's why I've been there 16

years!) Which has allowed me to work 10 days this month and along comes

Ivan, then there is another one behind that..Now that I've rambled on and

on, what was my question??? Oh, I had to get an extention on my taxes

because I didn't have 300.00 bucks to pay at the time. Damn, I am a mess!!

Only joking...

They are asking for my W-2 and tax info, but since I got an extension, but

that's also up, what do I do?? Just send in the paperwork from my CPA??

Big kick in the ass....It took my a week to get the nerve up to call my

father's brother (I told you guys my parents died when I was a teen) after

calling him a month ago asking about our family history.....if he might be

able to help me out just a little financially (even take it out of my

checking account every week), and he just made a huge amount when my

grandmother died a few years ago and sold her house, he said , " sorry, I

can't right now " ....He's loaded. I started to cry before I even had the

time just to say " good-bye " ...If it was me and I had 100.00 bucks and

someone asked me for half, I wouldn't think twice....I'm done now. love to

all....
