In order to get the book you have to join. But they don't tell you how much

it is.

Ben *** Ben, yes, the CMT Rehabilitation book now is free with AICMT

membership. Offhand I cannot remember what this is, but why not email their

office at aicmt@... and inquire. They will most likely give you a Euro

price - see if you can put it on a credit card which will be adjusted for the
