Guest guest Posted August 13, 2004 Report Share Posted August 13, 2004 , I have been taking 8,000 mg of the time-release water soluable Vitamin C every day since I started. My trainer was the one to notice difference in my endurance at the gym after about 3 weeks. Following that I first noticed muscle mass building.
