Vitamin C progress/update

I have been taking Vitamin C about 4 months now. Last week I finally

had some time off from work, so I went out surfing. This is something

that I thought I was going to have to give up at one time. I have

been working out 4 times a week, plus taking C, and have built

muscle. My trainer has also had me work on the rocker-board for

balance and we have noticed on that also my endurance has improved.

Which is why I went surfing, to see if there was any difference. And

yes, there was. I can stand and balance just about as well as I could

3 years ago, until one day I just spent more time in the water than

riding on top and haven't surfed since. I did just as well as my

buddies and even they mentioned things like " what gym are you going

to " and " who's your trainer " because they saw a big improvement in me.

I think this improvement in overall endurance and balance is from

Vitamin C.
