Guest guest Posted August 12, 2004 Report Share Posted August 12, 2004 I've never had a cup of coffee in my life, but do like and drink lots of teas..also eat very well...berries..wheat germ...constantly fish, I work at a fish restaurant..mangos, coconut clusters(thus the good chocolate)..I am taking vitamins now, but like I said my chiropractor told me to take 2 B-6's a day, now I hear that's not good, then lots of vitamin C...too much also no good.. so I truly believe if your body craves something,EAT IT.
