Ron,

Welcome back and interesting to learn about your pool therapy. Yes,

get out when the PT says so - when I started with aquatics I found

that because of zero gravity and " the incredible lightness of being "

in the water, I had increased endurance and could work muscles harder

than in land based exercise...but back on land after working hard in

the pool, I'd get wobbly. As you know, I'm still doing aquatics on my

own several times a week now and continually adding new moves to my

workout. No more wobbling, and as with whatever exercise I do, I feel

great after.

Great news about your presentation, too. I know it'll by dynamite. If

I can help in anyway please let me know.

Gretchen
