Heidi,

What a great outlook. Sounds like you are right on target for living with CMT.

Right now my hubby is laid up after surgery. I thought I could do all his

jobs around the house you know rake the leaves, bring up fire wood. Walk the

dogs......well I now have tendonitis in my left arm and my pain level is very

high in my hands and feet. I just gotta learn.

Hello there Cathleen,

Some times we try to do things because we believe we have to because

of life's circumstances. Yet, it is amazing if you ask for help from friends or

neighbors. Some times communities have programs that help out if a spouse is

sick or something. Maybe call the hospital and ask if they know of a program

that helps out they are a good resource.

Well, it took me a while to learn my limitations, and some days I am

out of balance and my mind takes over my body. You know how it goes *stubborn*

I believe is the correct word :)

Take care

Heidi
