Guest guest
Dear ers, Dr. sent me the full text of the above. I have just added it to our files - you will find it under " Management of CMT " in pdf format. /files/Management%20of%20CMT/ A very interesting paper, in 9 pages, it includes an overview of the major hereditary motor and sensory neuropathies, electrodiagnosis, tables, figures, phenotypes/genotypes, clinical problems encountered in CMT and management paradigms, pain, weakness and loss of sensation, role of bracing and other equipment, impaired breathing, hearing, swallowing, experimental pharmacological targets for CMT, immunomodulation, nerve growth factor, antioxidants, and other targets. To help the reader understand all abbreviations are indexed at the beginning and spelled out. References included too.
