I don't know where you live, but I would suggest getting in touch with a

Lyme support group in order to share information and to find out what

alternative therapies are helping people cope with the symptoms of the

disease, if you are at all interested in that. You can go to Lymenet.org to

look for a support group in your area. It is my considered opinion that

CFIDS, Fibromyalgia, Lyme, STARI are all related in some way, so if you

cannot find a Lyme group, you might look for a CFIDS (chronic fatigue immune

dysfunction syndrome) support group in your area. The local CFIDS group

here in Houston had a lawyer come to a meeting and speak on getting Social

Security disability for people who are basically too tired to work because

they suffer from CFIDS, so maybe someone in your area is familiar with a

legal problem similar to yours.

[ ] medical help

I am suffering cronic STARI/LYME disease. The state was helping me

with medical bills; but, all services were cut off because I have a

retirement account. I can't cash it out because my ex refuses to take

out her half that was awarded to her during our divorce. I can't use

my money until she removes her half. My prognosis is not too good.

Any sugestions? Legal? Other ways to get treatment?

If you have STARI, (Southern Tick Assoc. Rash Illiness) are you in Texas?

There are groups in Fort Worth, Austin and Houston. Maybe they could help
