AFOs and New Balance shoes

Bobbie,

I wear AFOs bilaterally, I can wear any shoe that does not have a heel,

including hiking shoes. New balance running shoes are my favorite, but I use a

hiking shoe for work because of the waterproof features. (I work outdoors a

lot). One needs to remove the sock liner from the shoe and find a shoe big

enough to fit over the brace. A real problem when your normal width size is 6E!

thats where New Balance shoes are King, as they offer this size.

Thanks for the advice. I have been wearing mostly athletic shoes. It's hard to

find a dress shoe these days without a heel. Thanks for the reply. I appreciate

it.
