Dear Forum members,

Afetr discussion with many of my colleagues,i have

somehow wrongly quoted the statement.

Rather the Professor was criticising the US health

policy.

So,i sincerely admit this mistake of mine.

But,i want to continue the debate on the issue of US

Health Policy.
