Guest guest
, Your movie is so exciting!! That is so cool. Sometimes I think when we're having so much fun, I know I tend to overdo it without realizing it until it's all said and done. Hopefully in a couple days, you'll be back to normal. The movie idea is great...It's not easy being a movie star!! One more thing, sometimes I put towels in the microwave for about 45 seconds, WET ONES, and just lay them on top..It does help me. Guest guest
, I have checked your site in the past and your socks look incredibly comfortable and appear to be a great cure for cold feet, which I frequently suffer from living in Northern Michigan, however, the last bout of numbness started in Georgia on days that were sunny and 70- ish and my feet weren't cold. Internally they felt frostbitten, but they weren't cold at all to the touch; it was an internal nerve glitch and I don't think heated socks would make that go away. Maybe I'm wrong there since I've never tried heated socks....? I'm having a difficult time trying to isolate why and when the numbness flares up and to know when too much is too much. The best I can tell is that it's dramatically related to the injuries to my lower back and when my back gets inflamed the numbness is horrible. I think the inflamation in my lower back puts too much pressure on the nerves that run into my legs. I've been trying some Arnica creme and it seems to be helping the inflamation and pain in my back, along with Ibuprofen. I felt the best down in Warm Springs, Georgia when we filmed in the mineral spring pools. I stayed in the pools in between scenes and swam for roughly 5 hours one of the days and felt fantastic. The water was warm and it felt wonderful! Unfortunately, there are no public pools where we live and none of the hotels or motels allow the public to use their pools. We have one health club with a pool, but it's not accessable due to a flight of stairs. I've heard a lot of people rave about the benefits of swimming and wish I had an easy solution for me to be able to swim around here. I think tomorrow I'll phone some of the smaller independant motels with pools and see if I can work something out directly with them.
