To exercise or not to exercise/Oxycontin use and problems

Thank you, everyone, for your input regarding whether or not to exercise. I

don't think I can do it............I run the vacuum cleaner (rarely) and I

am down, hurting badly, for two days afterward.

As for the Oxycontin, I am having difficulty with it seeming to shut down my

colon. I recently had to stop taking it for over a week to get my system back

in working order. I think I will continue to take it, but only if I have

had a bowel movement that day. (I don't believe I am posting such a thing!)

Ah, well..........if not for humor................
